Job Summary
The Operations Executive supports the management of cleaning operations by coordinating resources, overseeing service contracts, and resolving work incidents. This role drives process improvements and service quality enhancements through effective communication and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage cleaning teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery across sites
- Oversee and administer service contracts to maintain compliance and optimize vendor performance
- Investigate and resolve operational incidents to minimize disruptions and uphold safety standards
- Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness and efficiency
- Develop and recommend operational plans that enhance work processes and improve service quality
- Conduct site visits to monitor cleaning operations and verify adherence to standards
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and clients to address operational needs and foster collaboration
- Utilize social media and relevant digital tools to support communication and operational activities
- Organize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and respond to dynamic operational demands
- Maintain an approachable and responsive demeanor to facilitate stakeholder engagement and teamwork
