Job Descriptions:
- Preparing shipping documents and air-freight / sea-freight documentation
- Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation
- Verifying vendors invoices & agents debit notes
- Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier
- Keep track of orders and ensure payment terms are being adhere
- Deliver timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to shipment status/coordination
- Declaration of daily cargo clearance/export permits through tradeweb
- Maintenance of permit records
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in freight forwarding preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in import goods and The Custom documentation will be advantageous
