Operation Executive - Airfreight Import
- Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Job Scope
- To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
- Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
- Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse/ Traffic
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents)
- Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
