Due to business expansion plan in Singapore, we are currently looking for a candidate to perform the below duties:

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and execute daily 24/7 Aerospace operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, seamless customer service, and efficient delivery of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to Aerospace shipments with customers, internal teams, agents, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and equipment readiness.

• Prepare export/import documentation, invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes through in-house operating systems.

• Declaration of permits through TradeNet, or coordinate with permit declarants for customs clearance.

• Monitor and manage shipments from activation until completion.

• Verify vendors invoices and agents debit notes tied to Aerospace Logistics, coordinating payments to carriers, co-loaders, and agents/vendors.

• Provide proactive shipment status updates and exceptional internal/external customer service for Aerospace Logistics customers.

• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Aerospace Logistics operations.

• To be on shift work (willing to work after working hours and weekends)

• Ability to work under tight timelines, handling urgent AOG shipments.

• Good understanding of Aerospace Logistics operational processes and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication, coordination, process optimization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and operational systems.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
