Operations Executive

This is a request for application for a full-time operations lead with 9 Solar Home Pte Ltd. We are a market disruptor in the green energy sector and we accelerate Singapore's transition to renewable energy through installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for landed homes in Singapore. The business is accelerating quickly and thus, we are looking for a full time driven and independent operations lead to build the engine that powers our mission. This is our first dedicated operations hire. If you have experience in operations and peoplemanagement, here's what we're looking for:

. A proven operations generalist with a track record of exceeding KPIs and driving business processes

. A self-starter experienced in project management with high attention to detail

. A responsible individual with the shrewd ability to assist in scheduling, procurement and billing activities to achieve operational excellence and move the business

. A leader with the opportunity to potentially grow their own team in the long run

. Procurement & Billing: create quotation, raise POs, manage invoices with key supply chain partners

. Sales & Operations: handle client enquiries, follow up and resolve any billing issues

perform general administrative tasks to support business continuity, manage records and other sensitive financial information
