Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a mechanical engineering or operations environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
