Job Description
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily factory operations and manpower.
- Prepare tools, and spare parts ahead of scheduled work.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized factory environment, including lifting gear upkeep.
- Lead the team to execute operations safely, including onsite lifting and hot-work activities.
- Prepare safety documents (e.g., SWP, RA) and ensure compliance with ISO 45001.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- WSH certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with mandarin speaking team members.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial or operations experience. Knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and basic electrical controls.

Mon to Fri - 7.30am to 4.30pm / Sat 7.30am to 11.30am (5.5 days work week)
