Operations & E-Commerce Intern

About the role:

Commerce.sg is a performance marketing and content production company.

We are looking for an Operations & E-Commerce Intern to support our team with the day-to-day running of online stores, basic operations and simple reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce operations for clients (e.g. Shopee, Shopify and other online store platforms).

• Assist with order processing, fulfilment follow-ups and handling simple issues.

• Help update product listings, prices, vouchers and promotions on online stores.

• Maintain inventory and order trackers, and flag issues to the team.

• Help prepare simple weekly performance reports (e.g. sales, best-sellers, basic trends).

• Assist with customer enquiry consolidation and feedback tracking.

• Support improvements to SOPs, workflows and internal trackers.

• Any other duties assigned by the team to support smooth e-commerce and marketing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and online businesses.

• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and data entry.

• Detail-oriented, organised and careful with numbers and information.

• Willing to learn, ask questions and follow through on tasks.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple deadlines.
