Operations Director (Marine Telecom)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both Supply Chain and Satellite Connectivity teams, driving performance and service excellence.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure timely global delivery.
• Manage satellite connectivity operations including installations, activations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational performance.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to support customer onboarding and business growth.
• Establish KPIs, improve processes, and build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Proven senior operations leadership experience, preferably within marine telecom, maritime connectivity, or related offshore technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and technical service delivery.
• Track record of managing multiple teams in complex operational environments.
• Commercially minded with exposure to budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on, solutions-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced maritime setting
