The Operations Director is responsible for leading and driving the overall operational, commercial, and financial performance. The incumbent will be accountable for P&L performance, operational excellence and the effective management of principal relationships to maximize business growth and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead the achievement of revenue and operational performance targets.
- Identify growth opportunities through new store openings, market development, and operational enhancements.
- Support long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
P&L Management
- Manage and monitor for business P&L.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, labor costs, food costs, operating expenses, and cash flow.
- Drive initiatives to improve margins, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize returns.
- Partner with Finance and franchisees to review business performance and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present business performance reviews to senior leadership and brand principals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, and Training teams.
- Ensure successful execution of promotions, product launches, digital initiatives, and operational projects.
- Champion innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, quality requirements, and service excellence expectations.
- Providing updates to management and brand principal on operational performance, sales results, profitability, and growth initiatives.
- Manage brand operation audits.
- Drive operations alignment between local market requirements and the Brand Principal's strategic objectives.

Requirements
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or a similar multi-outlet business environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing business operations, P&L performance, revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, brand standards, service excellence, and customer experience.
- Experience working with brand principals, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business strategies, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, drive accountability, and build a high-performance culture.
- Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related discipline preferred.
