Job Summary:
The Director is responsible for leading and optimizing operational activities across the Asia region, including Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance.
The role ensures operational excellence, strong partner performance, and alignment of regional capabilities with RH Aero's strategic and operational objectives.
This position focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening service and supply chain networks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations across Asia, including Services, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance and oversea and manage the performance of our external partners and vendors. Ensure operational activities are aligned with RH Aero's regional and global strategies.
- Develop and strengthen the service, supply chain, and logistics network across Asia to support current and future business requirements. Ensure partner capabilities and capacities meet operational and customer needs.
- Provide leadership and oversight for Quality Assurance (QA) covering internal processes and supplier performance. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Oversee the delivery of Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and advisory services across the Asia region.
- Review, develop, and implement processes and procedures related to service delivery, supply chain management, technical services, and QA.
- Drive operational and technical improvements to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead LEAN initiatives, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement projects across operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost management to support the financial performance of the Asia Operations pillar and contribute to RH Aero's overall financial results.
- Develop and strengthen team competencies across Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, QA, and Technical Services.
- Foster leadership development and operational expertise within the regional and functional teams.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, services, supply chain, or engineering within a complex industrial, aerospace, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading regional or multi-country operations, preferably across Asia.
- Strong background in service operations, supply chain management, logistics, and technical support functions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing service and supply chain partner networks.
- Experience implementing LEAN, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, supplier performance management, and regulatory compliance within a technical or aerospace environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
