Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with OEMs and clients to ensure service expectations are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely job completion.
2. Resource & Capacity Management
- Plan and optimize manpower allocation to maximize productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of equipment and machinery.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service standards.
4. Process Improvement
- Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies and operational gaps.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Develop, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in planning and operations
- Experience in project management is an advantage
