[Operations] Credit Risk Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support credit risk and business initiatives for multiple lending portfolios.
• Review and improve underwriting and risk policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify improvement areas.
• Execute ad-hoc tasks (e.g., whitelist refresh, policy updates, UAT).
• Analyze data and automate reports using Python and SQL.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Risk, and Tech teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 23 years experience in credit risk, portfolio management, or collections (fintech or banking preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on with Python and/or SQL.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
