Role Overview:
The Junior Program Manager is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project timelines from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project status and updates.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and presentation of project metrics to senior management.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical or medical/biotech environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
