Our client, a reputable FI is looking to fill an Operations & Client Onboarding Lead for their trading platform

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize end-to-end client onboarding and KYC processes
• Lead the client operations and support function
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure operational processes meet regulatory standards.
• Act as the internal expert on the client platform, ensuring seamless onboarding, funding, and withdrawals.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in brokerage operations, fintech operations, or trading platform support.
• Process-driven with the ability to design scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, tech, risk, and compliance teams.
