Your new role
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for
- Execute and settle trades in Fixed Income and Equity markets, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Perform timely reconciliation of positions and cash balances across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties.
- Collaborate with front office teams and external partners to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.
- Monitor operational risks and support process improvements to strengthen trade settlement efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Middle-Back Office functions within Financial Services, with a focus on Fixed Income and Equity.
- Adept at handling trade settlement, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution across internal systems and external counterparties.
- Flexible and comfortable working US shift hours (9pm-6am) to support global operations.
- Demonstrate ambition, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
