Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Singapore team. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and driving process improvements. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily business operations and process execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Success).
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and operational dashboards.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for greater productivity.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related discipline.
- 13 years of relevant operations, business support, or administrative experience (entry-level welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SQL/Tableau is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Benchmark (Singapore, 2025)- Entry-level (02 yrs): SGD 3,200 4,200 / month 38,000 50,000 / year
- Mid-level (24 yrs): SGD 4,200 5,500 / month 50,000 66,000 / year
- Senior Associate (5+ yrs): SGD 5,500 7,000 / month 66,000 84,000 / year
