Operations Assistant
Responsible for delivering excellent service at all times for collection/delivery of rental cars and other operational tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assignments - collect/deliver and chauffeur-drive are performed in a prompt and timely fashion an dwith execellence.
- Adhere to company policies and code of conduct at all times.
- Establish and maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Contribute new ideas to improve operational procedures and processes, productivity, customer service.
- Ensure all vehicles, parking lots, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Project professional image through grooming, dress and behavior
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, conscientious, and acts with integrity.
- Strong team player with good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Mandatory: Valid Class 3 driving license.
