Job Summary
Shalom Medcare Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations & Transport Coordinator to manage healthcare transport logistics, coordinate driver schedules, communicate with clients and medical facilities, and support operational driving duties.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transport and trip schedules for medical transport services to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and service coordination
- Manage real-time operational challenges by handling emergency dispatches and planning driver coverage to maintain service continuity
- Complete administrative tasks including billing submissions, trip logging, and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations
- Assist with operational driving duties as needed to support transport services
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and BDVL Licence to perform emergency driver relief and coverage duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and medical facilities
- Apply crisis-handling skills to resolve operational challenges promptly
- Exhibit organisational skills to manage schedules and administrative duties efficiently
Other Information
- Pay: $2,500.00 to $4,100.00 (SGD) per month, negotiable
- Driving Allowances: Mon-Fri ($30 half-day / $60 full-day), Sat-Sun ($50 half-day / $100 full-day)
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Work Location: In person
