Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Operations Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves daily rental operations, customer service, and coordination activities to ensure efficient service delivery. Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic work environment. Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental, logistics, customer service, or related industries will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process customer requests relating to machinery repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare repair quotations and related documentation.
- Arrange equipment deliveries, collections, and site coordination activities.
- Follow up with customers on maintenance schedules and payment-related matters.
- Liaise with Operations, Workshop personnel, and Drivers to ensure smooth execution of jobs.
- Monitor work schedules and provide timely status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional service.
- Assist in resolving customer enquiries and operational issues.
- Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing operational needs.
- Experience in the construction equipment or machinery rental industry will be an advantage.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
