Role Description:

We are looking for a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support operational processes and customer support for the day-to-day activities of our regulated investment platform, powered by fintech and blockchain technology.

This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in gaining exposure to fintech operations in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily transaction settlement tasks and ensure timely processing, including internal systems and coordination with 3rd party partners (e.g., banks, fund administrators, transfer agencies).
  • Perform daily reconciliations and data checks under supervision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal trackers in accordance with internal control and regulatory requirements.
  • Support communication with external partners and service providers on operational matters.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital records, logs, and operational documents.

Customer & Internal Support

  • Provide timely support for customer enquiries related to transactions and settlements.
  • Assist in coordinating issue resolution with internal teams by gathering relevant information and tracking progress.
  • Prepare clear and professional email drafts, summaries, and follow-ups.

Product Enhancement & Testing Support

  • Identify potential improvement areas during daily operations and provide feedback to enhance system efficiency and customers user experience.
  • Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by following test scripts and documenting results.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams on routine operational matters.
  • Support backend workflows to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Finance, Business, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
  • Willingness to learn and follow structured operational processes
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with AI or data tools is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to support flexible working hours occasionally during peak periods or product launches
