Role Description
  • Operations Assistant:
  • Support day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, processing documentation, and coordinating with different teams.
  • Monitor operational workflows to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and communicating with vendors or internal departments.
  • Operations Executive:
  • Take ownership of specific operational processes and ensure targets are met efficiently.
  • Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and support project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and daily operational challenges.
  • Operations Manager:
  • Oversee the entire operations function, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred for Manager role).
  • Relevant work experience:
  • Operations Assistant: 02 years
  • Operations Executive: 25 years
  • Operations Manager: 5+ years in operations or related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/operations software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
