Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious Grade A commercial property, delivering exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Handle full OPEX and CAPEX cycles, from budgeting and approvals to tender management and cost control.
- Lead daily operations, strategic planning, and building enhancement projects, including preventive maintenance and special initiatives.
- Direct capital upgrades, asset improvements, and critical repair or replacement programs.
- Maintain strict adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements (including WSH Act).
- Update and enforce the Tenant Fit-Out Guide while ensuring effective cross-departmental coordination for retail and office works.
- Manage all tenancy activities, such as fit-outs, alterations, reinstatements, move-ins/outs, handovers, and tenant service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, ideally in Building Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent, required.
- Green Mark Accredited Professional qualification and hands-on sustainability experience are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in property or estate management, in large-scale commercial or mixed-use retail properties required.
- Demonstrated success in tenant relations within Grade A office settings required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and structural drawings, including as-built plans.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
