Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and capable Operations Assistant Intern to support cross-border investment projects and regional factory oversight across Southeast Asia. The intern will work closely with senior management and functional teams to support project research, operational coordination, financial administration, and corporate governance functions.

This is not a typical administrative internship. Top performers will be offered a full-time position with a remuneration package above the industry average.

Key responsibilities:

1.Investment Project & Regional Operations Support

  • -Assist in conducting preliminary research and due diligence on investment projects
  • -Support internal and external communications related to project execution
  • -Participate in overseas factory visits and operational assessments where required
  • -Coordinate with legal advisors, finance teams, external auditors, government agencies, and industry associations
  • -Support headquarters-level oversight of regional factories across financial management, HR coordination, and business development monitoring
  • -Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for management review

2.Corporate Governance & Administrative Support

-Assist in drafting and refining internal management policies for the Singapore entity, including administrative, HR, and financial procedures

-Support recruitment processes and HR documentation

-Coordinate with finance department (China, HQ) to strengthen financial management processes

-Assist with bookkeeping coordination, liaison with external service providers, audit preparation, and overseas financial reporting support

-Support corporate documentation, regulatory compliance matters, and cross-border administrative coordination

Qualifications

1.Education & Background

-Undergraduate or postgraduate students

-Background in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines preferred

-Candidates from other disciplines with strong analytical and organizational abilities are welcome to apply

2.Skills & Competencies

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (business proficiency required)

-Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

-Logical thinker with strong analytical ability

-Independent learner with high initiative and problem-solving capability

-Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

-Willingness to travel within China and Southeast Asia when required
