- Position : Operations Assistant (Express Logistics/Freight Forwarding)
- Location : Changi
- Working hours : 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday) - Flexible timings
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2500 + OT ($400) + Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Check flight alerts and shipment pre-alerts
- Handle import clearance for shipments arriving at Singapore Cargo Terminal
- Handle export shipments from Singapore Cargo Terminal
- Arrange urgent deliveries and collections within Singapore
- Manage and monitor incoming shipments
- Process shipments from overseas network offices and arrange last-mile delivery
- Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, and delivery agents
- Perform data entry and ensure shipments are delivered on time (SLA)
- Coordinate import and export shipments with Air Operations team and vendors
- Arrange and coordinate local deliveries with vendors and in-house drivers
- Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) urgent shipments
Requirements:
- Must possess Class 3 driving license
