Operations Assistant cum Delivery Driver (Urgent Hiring)

Job Description

Chitose Agriculture Initiative is seeking a responsible and hands-on Operations Assistant to support the Company's daily operations and delivery functions. This role includes operational support as well as delivery driving responsibilities to ensure smooth and timely distribution of the Company's goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties as an Operations Assistant to support the Company's daily operations

• Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating and executing operational tasks

• Report directly to the Operations Manager

• Serve as the Company's Delivery Driver to transport and deliver goods safely and on time

• Ensure proper handling of products during loading, unloading, and transportation

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the Company vehicle

• Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks, and other operational duties when required

• Support any other related tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Must have Requirement)

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience

• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Able to work independently and in a non-desk bound environment

• Good time management and communication skills

• Able to commit to one weekend work based on company needs

• 6 days work week
