Operations Assistant

Job Description

. Make timely collection / delivery of cars to customers

. Explain features and accessories of cars to customers

. Handle customers enquiries professionally

. Clean and groom cars efficiently

. Handle customers feedback and keep supervisor informed accordingly

. Deliver/collect cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing and explaining faults/problems to vendors

. To perform quality check and acceptance of vehicles.

. Be able to perform standby duties as and when required

. Ad-Hoc chauffeur service

. Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

.1 or more years experience.

. Class 3 driving license with TDVL (Taxi Driver's Vocational License) preffered

. Able to meet and handle external parties

. Good & safe driving record
