Position Title: Operations Associate (Cold Room Environment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a cold room (winter wear provided)
Location: Redhill

Position Overview:
This role supports the labeling and secondary packaging operations for pharmaceutical products in clinical trials. The Operations Associate is expected to perform tasks in accordance with GMP standards and company policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cleanliness in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform label printing, label inspection, over-labeling, and secondary packaging activities with high accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks as directed by supervisors
• Operate in compliance with site SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols at all times
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Support additional tasks assigned by the supervisor when required (training will be provided for cross-functional duties)

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in cold room conditions
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or GMP environments is an advantage
