Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate streetlight systems (manual or smart/automated).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on poles, cables, lights, and control gear.
• Ensure timely ON/OFF operations and fault rectification.
• Maintain reports on faults, repairs, energy use, and inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and supervise technicians or contractors.
• Coordinate with municipal bodies, vendors, and utility providers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of O&M experience (preferably in lighting or electrical infrastructure).
• Knowledge of LV systems, lighting controls, and safety standards.
