Roles and Responsibilities
- Primary focus on client relationship development and operations for dining events and special functions
- develop strategies and plan for developing business to increase both sales and customer base
- execute on the plan on an on-going basis to achieve sales and business objectives
- analyse the progress, refine the plan and implement tactical plans to improve
- apply all the principles and experiences in hospitalities industry in the above including client relationship management
- work closely with all the other members of the company to ensure smooth operations. Partner with hospitality partners (such as travel companies), suppliers and corporate clients to open up new channels of sales
