Role Overview

CapBridge is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Associate to support our Trustee and Custody divisions. This role sits at the intersection of Business Development and Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of investment transactions, maintaining rigorous compliance standards (KYC/AML),and supporting the growth of our digital asset and traditional custody ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Custody & Transaction Operations

  • Trade Execution Support: Assist in the end-to-end processing of investment transactions, ensuring trade information is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Asset Servicing: Support the management of trust accounts, ensuring all activities adhere to trust deed provisions, legal mandates, and internal risk policies.
  • Platform Integrity: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform deployments to enhance the digital customer journey and operational workflows.

Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • KYC Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between clients and the KYC/Compliance team to facilitate smooth onboarding while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless listing process for new financial products.
  • Client Servicing: Partner with the Business Development team to resolve trade-related inquiries and provide high-touch support for institutional and private clients.

Business Development Support

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends (e.g., private markets, digital assets) and competitor landscapes to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Maintain CRM databases and assist in preparing high-quality presentation materials, product sheets, and client-facing reports.
  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing to align operational capabilities with promotional campaigns and outreach strategies.

Administrative & Process Excellence

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous documentation of client transactions, sales activities, and corporate correspondence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and contribute to initiatives that drive operational efficiency and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Engineering).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience within the Financial Services industry, ideally in back-office operations, trust administration, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and the regulatory landscape for Trustees/Custodians.
  • High Attention to Detail: Essential for managing legal documents and financial transactions.
  • Communication: Ability to distil complex operational status updates into clear communication for stakeholders.
  • Agility: A start-up mindset-comfortable wearing multiple hats and navigating a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Prior experience with digital asset custody, portfolio management systems, or investor relations.
