Operations Analyst

StarX Capital Markets holds a Capital Market Service License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore since 2020. Along with its affiliates, StarX offers a broad range of services to corporate clients and financial institutions, including, but not limited to, Foreign Exchange Intermediary, Asset Management, Futures Brokerage (licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission), and Private Equity Asset Management.

This is a new role as part of our growth, the candidate would cover the daily operations, including client management, settlement, reconciliation and counterparty relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the operations process including settlement, reconciliations, cash management, margin process, client reporting, MAS regulatory reporting etc.
2. Client KYC, especially MAS AML requirements
3. Undertake any other ad-hoc functions and duties as required.
4. Support in UATs if any.
5. Work with legal and compliance on any potential issues and risk items

Requirements:

1. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
2. Conversational level of Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts
3. Bachelor's degree in finance related fields
4. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer success.
