Our client, a global eCommerce logistics provider, is seeking an Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst to join its Hub Operations team in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional Head of Supply Chain, this role focuses on monitoring end-to-end delivery performance, generating actionable performance insights, and identifying service level gaps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Monitor and analyse end-to-end delivery and transit times, producing weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify, analyse, and articulate root causes of SLA deviations, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Respond to customer and internal queries on parcel status with clear, data-backed explanations.
- Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality and performance reviews with the Regional Quality Team to ensure alignment with regional SLA targets and standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by challenging assumptions, refining processes, and improving reporting quality.
About You
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, with 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, last-mile, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills SQL and Power BI exposure is an advantage.
- Good understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and SLA monitoring.
- Proactive, adaptable team player with clear communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
