A role exists for a highly motivated, industry established, professional within the Exchange Traded Derivatives Operations, who is looking to further expand an already successful career in the field of Exchange Traded Derivatives.
The department has a Market Operation which comprises of, Clearing, Deliveries, Reconciliation, Regulatory / Exchange and Process Control, Strategy, Client Service and Documentation Teams. This structure is replicated regionally in Chicago and EMEA processing trading activity over 60+ Exchanges. As well as an established track record.
- Management and Preparation of various MIS Reporting
- Coordination of Operational Event Reporting
- Bank Account Opening, Maintenance and Certification
- Centralized APAC ETD support for static updates and change requests across related APAC markets
- Perform periodic Approval Limits and Signatory List Review
- Coordinate and consolidate External and Internal Audit / Control reviews
- Coordinate BCP exercises and documentation for Singapore ETD Ops
- Perform quarterly access review and attestation for APAC ETD Ops owned Shared drives and SharePoint
- Manage New Product Review (NPR) and Enterprise Regulatory Inventory Change (eRIC) due diligence processes for APAC ETD Ops
- Evolvement in working groups to deliver planned initiatives
- o Coordinate user requirements for strategic deliverables regionally and globally
- o Act as change catalyst within APAC ETD Ops

- Experience of having worked on change initiatives with strategic deliverables
- Experience in process re-engineering and improvement
- Excellent communication with wide audience from all levels across the organization, effective with peers and management.
- Strength in understanding and establishing approach to facilitate control review initiatives
