Reporting into Head - Operations.
The Business Operations Analyst owns the day-to-day operational and data-management workflows supporting InCred Global Wealth Pte. Ltd.s investment platforms and client transactions. The role is the single point of accountability for transaction trackers, NAV updates, fund deployment, and regulatory filings - ensuring data integrity across Valuefy and the partner banks, and maintaining audit-readiness at all times.
2. Key Responsibilities
(a) Transaction Capture &Tracker Ownership
. Manage operations Trackers for the firm - maintaining daily updates, reconciliation against source data, and timely capture of all subscription, redemption, and switch instructions, with a mindset towards automation and AI-assisted process improvement.
. Capture all transactions onto the portfolio management platform with completeness and accuracy.
. Act as the operational bridge between the Fund Administrator and the firm for all fund transactions.
(b) NAV Updation & Reconciliation
. Manage NAV updation and ensure accurate flow of data into the portfolio management system for all partner-bank-executed transactions, proactively identifying opportunities to automate and improve data workflows.
. Track NAV and series allocation for all firm-executed investments across funds.
. Run periodic reconciliations between bank statements, custodian records, and internal system entries resolve discrepancies promptly with the relevant counterparties.
(c) Bank & Custodian Operations
. Maintain bank input access for fund and client accounts execute instructions in line with internal authorisation matrices and dual-control protocols.
. Manage custodian sub-account opening, custody fee processing, and other adhoc operational tasks.
. Liaise with banking partners and custodians on transaction processing, settlement, and operational queries.
(d) Regulatory, Compliance & Audit Support
. Prepare and submit regulatory filings in coordination with tax and compliance advisors, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting documentation is properly archived.
. Support internal and external audits by providing data extracts, trackers, and reconciliation reports as required.
. Support periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments across operational processes, identifying gaps and coordinating remediation with relevant teams.
3. Qualifications & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in wealth management operations, fund administration, private banking middle/back-office, or a similar role.
. Working knowledge of Singapore wealth management products, fund structures (including VCCs), and custodian/bank operations is preferred.
. Familiarity with wealth management or portfolio management platforms (e.g. Valuefy, Avaloq, or similar) is an advantage
. Exposure to MAS regulatory frameworks or financial services compliance, whether in-house or in an advisory capacity, is preferred.
4. Skills &Attributes
. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and working knowledge of AI-assisted tools comfort with handling large datasets, automating reconciliations, and driving process efficiency through technology.
. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong control mindset.
. Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines and prioritise effectively.
. Strong sense of ownership and accountability comfortable being the single point of responsibility for assigned trackers and processes.
. Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with all counterparties.
. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential client and firm information.
