Job Description
- Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for cash equities transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and post-trade support activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding operational queries and trade-related requests.
- Perform trade allocation, matching, exception management, and settlement support to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Monitor and execute critical risk and control activities, maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with sales, trading, technology, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to automation, workflow enhancement, and process improvement initiatives to improve scalability and client experience.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Open to fresh graduate with prior internship experience in banking operations, financial services operations, securities services, or trade support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in capital markets, equities trading, or investment banking operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with automation or process improvement concepts would be advantageous.
- Strong team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
