Operations Analyst | Bank | 6-month Contract

Job Scope

• Work closely with the existing team to manage expenses, resources, and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage and track expenses, including accruals and forecasting.
• Oversee system payments for transport and telecommunications.
• Submit SCM related to productivity and cost savings management.
• Assist in budget planning and submission, particularly during critical cycles.
• Support headcount management for both Run the Bank and Change the Bank
• Prepare materials and presentations for various forums, including the Digital Adoption Forum and the Operations Strategy and Performance Forum.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Business, Finance, or related field.
• With 1 year of experience in operations, finance, or business analysis in a banking environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
