Job Description

We are seeking an intelligent, highly organised and service-driven individual to strengthen the operational backbone of the Digital Education Council as we continue our rapid global expansion.

As the Operations & Support Associate, you will play a central role in ensuring that our members and partners experience seamless and high-quality support. You will support coordinate onboarding, manage access to DEC resources, ensure smooth delivery of sessions and events, and maintain the key operational systems that power the Council's work. You will be a key point of contact for member enquiries and will help maintain the standards of excellence that define the DEC experience worldwide.

This is an operational and member-facing position at the intersection of education, innovation and organisational excellence. It is ideal for a highly motivated professional or young graduate who enjoys structure, precision, problem-solving and supporting people. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and scope to grow as the Council continues to expand.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding of new member institutions: Ensure smooth setup of accounts, distribution of welcome materials, and alignment on upcoming sessions, courses, and deliverables.
  • Provide first-line support for member queries and tech access issues: Troubleshoot login, platform, and course access questions
  • Monitor participation across DEC activities: Track attendance and engagement across briefings, working groups, and events
  • Coordinate logistics for online sessions and workshops: Scheduling, calendar invites, Zoom setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain operational SOPs: Document and update standard operating procedures for recurring workflows to ensure consistency and scalable operations.
  • Support data collection for reporting and dashboards: Help gather data for the Institutional Engagement Score, event metrics, and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Manage internal calendars and project timelines: Ensure task tracking, reminders and deadlines for multi-stakeholder projects.

About You

  • Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are an asset)
  • Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environment
  • Previous internship or experience in a similar role is ideal
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva and Zoom is a plus
  • Interest in digital transformation and the future of education
