Operations & Logistics Manager

We have a new vacancy for an experienced 3PL Logistics Manager to join our Global Logistics team during this exciting time of growth.

Working as a key part of the Global LogisticsTeam, the successful candidate will excel in managing outbound Logistics optimisation in our APAC markets.

CORE FOCUS:

Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment, distribution & logistics function for your assigned markets.

• Work with our APAC 3PL to deliver service improvements, cost savings and win-win initiatives, keeping the luxury experience at the heart of every decision.

• Develop and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships within Operations & Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams respectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

3PL Logistics:

• Partnering with APAC 3PL to manage order fulfilment to agreed schedules & SLA.
• Preparing Commercial Documents for B2B export orders from APAC 3PL
• Manage B2B export bookings to agreed terms
• Manage B2C operations
• Preparing inter-departmental international courier shipments as directed
• Managing the set-up and maintenance of Vendor Compliance SOP's
• Partnering with 3PL in the management of Vendor DC Bookings to agreed schedules
• Managing inventory accuracy including batch management and stock reconciliation

Provide Support to the Global Logistics Manager across the following processes:

• DC Audits & Cycle counting
• Inter-DC Stock Transfers
• Multi-Channel Returns
• Vendor Compliance & Onboarding
• Carrier Services & Exception Management
• Ecommerce Logistics operations
