Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Client Success Team Lead to oversee daily operations and client delivery across the iCondo ecosystem. This role provides leadership across local and overseas teams, ensuring operational excellence, strong client success outcomes, and smooth execution of onboarding, training, AGMs, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely execution of updates, content publishing, and system accuracy.

  • Drive operational discipline by tracking timelines and ensuring accountability across local and overseas teams.

  • Ensure weekly operational checks are completed, including listings, transaction reviews, and content updates.

  • Identify gaps and improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Coordinate cross-department workflows to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and support team members in daily execution and task delivery.

  • Act as key liaison between local and overseas teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all outputs.

Client Success & Training

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation processes.

  • Conduct client meetings and consultations

  • Lead training sessions for clients on the iCondo ecosystem.

  • Serve as an escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Build strong and long-term client relationships.

Platform Governance, AGM & Compliance

  • Oversee moderation of in-app social features to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

  • Take ownership of PDPA compliance, acting as the key go-to person for data protection matters, internal guidance, and best practices.

  • Execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

  • Support ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, client success, or platform management (tech or property sector preferred).

  • Proven ability to lead or supervise a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and highly detail-oriented in execution and documentation.

  • Must be proficient in operating computers and comfortable using digital systems, platforms, and basic software tools.

  • Comfortable working with overseas teams and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong client-facing skills, including training, presentations, and consultations.

  • Good judgment in platform moderation and governance responsibilities.

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
