We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Executive to support operational processes, system administration, and service delivery functions within a Government Sector environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, managing system-related matters, and ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Provide ticket support for users of internal systems, clarifying and directing queries requiring in-depth technical support to the relevant subject matter experts while tracking requests through to closure.
Manage and coordinate with system vendors on data-related requests and system matters.
Verify and investigate data discrepancies identified in reports and systems supporting service delivery operations.
Provide operational support for payment processing and data interface matters.
Coordinate and prepare materials to support change management activities.
Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Degree qualification in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to process and manage large volumes of information accurately.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in operations, administration, programme coordination, business support, or customer support functions.
Experience handling data verification, reporting, records management, or operational support activities.
Experience liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, workflow systems, or case management platforms will be an advantage.
Salary: $3,100 - $3,300 per month
Contract Duration: 12 Months
