Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
  • Collect, organize, and process documents and update service notifications in the system.
  • Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.
  • Deploy service technicians for nighttime onsite tyre servicing when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
  • Skilled in administrative work with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers).

Other information:

  • Working Hours : Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Every Sat : 8.30am to 2.30pm
  • Company phone will be provided
  • Additional Night Standby Allowance is provided
