Job Summary
The Operations Administrative Assistant supports the Company's daily operational activities, including manpower deployment, PPE management, and safety training coordination. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth operations, proper documentation, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain daily manpower reports to track workforce deployment accurately
- Coordinate daily operational arrangements to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to meet operational needs
- Issue PPE to employees and keep detailed records of issuance for accountability
- Arrange and coordinate safety induction courses and mandatory training sessions to ensure employee compliance
- Maintain up-to-date records of employees safety certifications and monitor expiry dates to ensure validity
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external parties
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- No prior experience required willingness to learn and undergo training provided by the company
