Job Summary
We are an established interior design studio seeking a reliable and organised Operations & Admin Executive to manage client enquiries, support sales coordination, and assist with daily operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and structured administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Internal Coordination
. Track and follow up with sales and project teams on pending tasks and updates
. Ensure timely updates in the system and proper information flow
. Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
. Identify delays or gaps and take action to resolve them
Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
. Review, shortlist, and follow up with candidates
. Arrange interviews and manage recruitment pipeline
. Coordinate with HR on onboarding
Customer Service & Lead Coordination
. Respond to WhatsApp, Google & social media enquiries
. Occasional after-hours or weekend WhatsApp follow-ups when required (not frequent)
. Qualify leads and assign to the sales team
. Follow up on appointment scheduling and basic enquiries
Reporting & Office Administration
. Prepare weekly meeting presentations and minutes
. Track sales and basic performance data
. Support general operational and administrative tasks
. Support company events and office activities
