We are looking for an Operational / Store Steward Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily stewarding and store operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
  • Manage the receiving, storage, issuing, and control of food, beverage, and operating supplies
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper storage practices
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming deliveries to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Implement and monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across stewarding and storage areas
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and develop stewarding and store associates
  • Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Control operational costs through effective inventory planning and waste management
  • Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Procurement, and Engineering teams for operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and hotel policies at all times

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stewarding, stores, or operational management, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety standards, and inventory control procedures
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem ‑ solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ volume environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Computer ‑ literate with knowledge of inventory or stock management systems
