Purpose:

Operational RM Analyst is in charge of revenue maximization for APAC resorts via all RM yielding levers with the focus on operational tasks.

She/ He works closely with other functions in RMP on daily business management, at the same time to identify risk and opportunities to gain revenue.

She/ He is also a coordinator cross different departments/BU for requests and support on the transversal projects.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all the RM yielding levers well in place following the strategy and direction given, plus frequent adjustment.

Responsible to maximize the revenue of APAC resorts, include but not limited to: Capa management, Daily business requests treatment, yielding levers adjustment.

Act as a partner of commercial markets and build yielding culture within APAC markets.

Adapt the working process / methodology with the company strategy.

1.Implementation of RMP yielding levers based on Strategy and Direction shared

  • Implement and set-up all the RM yielding levers in system according to the direction and strategy shared. This includes but not limited to Capa management, 0LB1, min LOS, etc
  • For sales opening preparation - to share feedback and recommendations based on daily business communication with Markets / business needs observed
  • Ensure the consistency of RM actions / proposal

2.Closely monitor and ensure timely actions on ongoing season yielding levers management

  • Ongoing season, review yielding levers with frequent manual adjustment in system according to the latest context, strategy, direction, and the needs from markets, for example, 0LB1 adjustment, min LOS review, connecting room split/merge, FOC upgrade, etc.
  • Well-manage MICE requests from WW markets, including group quotation, RAV quotations, series group departures, etc
  • Participate in internal business review with inputs from daily observations, feedback on the R&O observed, insights, and action proposal
  • Participate and support AM on optimizing daily working process / methodology standardization

3.Participate in different projects related to RM and to ensure the successful implementation in APAC

  • Participate in test & implementation of new yielding system in APAC with focus on RM functions. Actively participate in brainstorming, workshop with feedback and improvement proposal, define working methodology according to village specificities
  • Support company projects development. For global projects, work together with other RMP team members, provide necessary info and ensure APAC specificities/interests been taken into consideration in projects. For local projects, support project team with proposal, recommendation or necessary info. Been a key member for RM related system development testing and implementation in APAC.
  • Work together with AM on the Hebergement topics, and act as a coordinator to co-work/collaborate/communicate with other departments/BUs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year of working experience in Revenue Management field, preferably in Hospitality industry
  • Possess knowledge on Revenue Management
  • Solution oriented team player with strong analytical background
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Possess good verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
