Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enhance the operational risk management framework, policies, and procedures
• Oversee risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), key risk indicators (KRIs), and incident management processes
• Provide effective challenge to business units on risk exposures and control effectiveness
• Analyse operational risk events and drive root cause remediation and action tracking
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and risk reporting to senior stakeholders and committees
• Lead scenario analysis and stress testing for operational risks
• Drive risk awareness initiatives and training across the organization
