Job Description
Administrative Support
. Meeting & Agenda Management: Prepare briefing notes for stakeholder meetings and capture/track action items.
. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain the documentation (Playbooks, SOPs) for the Program.
. Asset Tracking: Assist in managing assets distributed among the staff (IT, non-IT).
Audit & Project Administration Oversight
. Data Integrity Audits: Regularly review the reports and data entries of the Project Administrators to ensure accuracy.
. Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with operational and administrative requirements.
. Guidance: Act as the first-line mentor for PAs, answering questions on resource allocation or workflow adjustments in the absence of a Programme Manager.
Operational Support
. Contingency Coverage: Step in and perform the duties of a Technician (Field) during leave, illness, or peak surges to ensure no downtime.
. Technical Proficiency: Maintain high-level competency in the actual Debug tasks to ensure they can execute at the same (or higher) level as the staff they audit.
Resource Allocation
. Manage resource capabilities.
. Support Client in managing the distribution of manpower shifts within each silo as needed.
Skills Requirements
. Technical: Hands-on experience in similar technical operations, including the ability to perform the technician job if required.
. Administrative: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
. Leadership: High emotional intelligence to audit peers without creating friction.
. Organization: Ability to switch rapidly between Technician mode (manual work) and PM mode (admin).
. Class 3/3A Driving License : Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in driving without any Demerit.
