My client is a well established global firm with significant international presence spanning Europe, America and Asia. Their Singapore Office is looking for a proactive and experienced Operational Finance Admin on a highly convertible to perm position.

about the job

This role will oversee operations of the office primarily with a mix of attending to AP matters. You are to provide high level administrative support to senior leadership and contribute to overall organisational effectiveness. This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, detail oriented and resourceful individual with strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Finance Duties:

  • Handle finance administration tasks, including processing invoices, obtaining approvals, coordinating payments via Concur and other banking portals.
  • Liaising with Fund Administrators for various requests such as invoices and payments
  • Work closely with the Finance team to provide support for financial reporting and other various accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, such as bank reconciliations and inputs on accounting systems.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should come with at least 5 years of experience as an office managerial position or in similar capacity. Experience in simple accounting and executive support to senior level stakeholders is an added advantage. You should also be meticulous, organized, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
