Operational Executive

a) Prepare quotations, job plans, budget sheets, invoicing, and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements in accordance with HSM internal systems and marine project procedures.

b) Supervise subordinates, riding crews, and subcontractors to ensure marine engineering and repair works are completed on schedule, safely, and to the required quality standards. Prepare technical and repair reports as required and safeguard the company's assets and interests.

c) Faithfully discharge duties and perform all work strictly in accordance with the approved scope of marine engineering work, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.

d) Observe and maintain marine safety, HSE, and regulatory standards at all times for oneself, colleagues, vessels, and company property. Proactively identify and report any potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues to management.

e) Support business development activities related to marine engineering, ship repair, maintenance services, and client engagement as required.

f) Oversee marine project procurement, including sourcing of materials, spare parts, equipment, and coordination with suppliers and vendors.

g) Assign tasks to internal engineering teams and riding crews, and assist with work scheduling, dry-dock planning, and manpower allocation.

h) Monitor project progress onboard vessels or at yards, resolve technical or operational issues, and ensure timely completion of marine engineering works.

i) Perform any other ad-hoc marine engineering or project-related duties as assigned by Management.
